Charlton Heston was the Keynote Speaker at the 2000 Lincoln Day Dinner. As 2nd Vice Chair of the Denton County GOP, Dianne had overall responsibility for this very successful event. | - Initiated golf tournament as a popular component of DCRP fundraising efforts.
- Served as Vice Chair for two of the most successful Lincoln Day fundraisers ever, with guest speakers Charlton Heston (2000) and Newt Gingrich (1999), raising in excess of $200,000 for the Denton County GOP

- Coordinated the hiring process for the Party's first Headquarters administrator.
- Standardized and quantified the procedure for selecting the Party's Outstanding Volunteers each year.
